stretched our legs a little and went a little farther out for lunch then we normally would. headed over to san juan cap for BBQ at bad to the bone. had a tasty sandwich but need to get back to try their ribs. houston's is still the reigning rack in our book but always looking for new challengers.

We serve real Pit BBQ slow-cooked in our wood-burning pits over Hickory and Applewood for 12-24 hours. Slow “pit” cooking gives our BBQ a wonderful smoky flavor that naturally tenderizes and gives the meat a pinkish color. Most of our meats are served directly from the pit to the plate, never touching the grill or an open flame.
